On the 4th of October 2024 Ares Core Technologies Limited made a voluntary agreement to continue the support for hardware warranties issued by CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED which were live on the 3rd of October 2024. This is not a legal or formal agreement and was an agreement entered into on the basis of providing continued service to customers of CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

Ares Core Technologies Limited will provide technical support on hardware only which was supplied as a custom desktop pc and which was under warranty by CUSTOMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED on the 3rd of October 2024 and this includes us providing collection and return for a maximum of 2 occasions during the continued term of the hardware warranty.

Ares Core Technologies Limited cannot provide hardware warranty on custom laptops provided before the 4th of October 2024 however we will provide an inspection service and offer advice were laptops are cover by the manufacturers warranty and advice on returning under the manufacturers warranty were we deem this to be appropriate.

We are under no legal obligation to provide warranty on hardware of software provided by CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOIGES LIMITED or any other entity however as a gesture of good will to the customers of CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLIGIES we will to the best of our ability provide technical support and hardware support for the duration of the remaining warranty which was provided by CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES.

If you have any issue with a CUSTOM PC or LAPTOP purchased from CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED then please contact us through our support links or email and provide your original order number and we will endeavour to provide you with assistance. 

ARES CORE TECHNOLOIGES LIMITED is not responsible nor do we provide support for SOFTWARE including Window , Office , Internet Security or any other software including corruption or security issues and should you have this type of issue then there will be a cost to provide an estimate and repairs if we can help.

Where an item is not covered by the original warranty there is nothing we can do however we will offer a non warranty solution should we be able to repair the laptop or pc however this will involve a cost.

If a PC or Laptops warranty had expired and there is a dispute about the date of the day of expire we must consider the day of delivery as the day the warranty started and the warranty expires 1 or 2 years from that day. Original Warranties may have included Labour , Collection and Hardware in Year 1 and Collection and Hardware in Year 2 which means there may be a labour fee if the PC or Laptop is in the second year of the warranty. We will make sure all customers are aware of costs be email prior to any costs being applied.

Our goal is to provide a seemless service and a continuation of the service provided by the technical support team at CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

You may be asked to provide the original Invoice which should have been issed by CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

WARRANTIES PRIOR TO THE 4th OF OCTOBER 2024 WERE ISSUED BY CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED NOT CUSTOMPC.IE AS CUSTOMPC.IE WAS ONLY A DOMAIN NAME SO PLEASE NOTE THE INVOICE WILL CLEARLY STATE CUSTOM COMPUTERS AND TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

In an effor to help customers understand that we are helping them with their warranty the CUSTOMPC.IE website is forwarding to our website however please note we are unable to receive emails and messages to the @CUSTOMPC.IE domains at this stage however this may change in the future.

We are not providing support to customers who may have purchased from a number of websites including @custompc.ie , @custompcparts.ie , @customlaptops.ie and a number or other domains. This is not a full list of domains however your Invoice will clearly state CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

Our goal is to help every customer affected by this unexpected change and if you need help of support please contact us. 

Components may also have been purchased from CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED through another of their websites however direct manufacturer warranty is only available on components but you please us and we will help , advise and or point you in the right direction to help you get help with your warranty quickly. We will also let you know if we believe the components warranty will be refused by the manufacturer or vendor. We do not sell components directly to retails customers however we have relationships with many of the vendors and enufacturers so we can offer support and we may launch a website later to help Irish customer to again purchase EU components.
