We offer a subsidised flat rate shipping cost with prices from €24.99

In Ireland we ship generally with DPD.IE or GLS.IE with a flat rate shipping cost from €19.99

All custom desktop pcs , laptops , servers and workstations are covered to their full calue under our Goods In Transit Warranty which is seperate to any insurance provided by the carrier. This is to ensure there should be no short fall in the insurance should a pc , laptop , workstation or server be damaged or lost in transit which would be a very rare event.

The shipping time of a custom built pc , laptop , server or workstation is usually 1-2 Days in Ireland , 2-3 Days in the United Kingdom and 3-4 Days in France , Germany , Netherlands , Spain and Italy. The shipping days are in addition to the processing , build and testing period which can be from 3 - 12 days depending on the complexity of the build and the availability of components. Our average build to shipment is less than 7 days however please understand that this timeframe can increase during busy period for example in November or December. If you have a deadline for delivery please always contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist but please understand it is not always possible to offer quick delivery based on multiple factors including the testing , quality control and build days required to ensure the product we supply is of the highest quality.

The average weight of a desktop pc is over 20KG , Workstation and Servers can be over 26KG with laptops under 10KG. The cost of shipping within Ireland , UK and the EU is based on the weight and dimensions of the product ordered however the true shipping cost is subsidised by ARES CORE TECHNOLOGIES to ensure value for money for our customers in Ireland the UK and across the EU. If you country is not listed for delivery please contact us and we should be able to offer delivery to all EU Countries with the exception of islands such as the Canary Islands.

If you have an EU VAT number and your order is for business purposes please include your VAT number when placing your order so that IRISH VAT can be removed from the Invoice. If you do not provide your EU VAT number when placing your order we cannot change this after the order has been paid for. It should also be noted that the delivery address and the name on EU orders were VAT is not charged must match the information on the EU Intra EU VAT Database and if the details do not match we cannot remove the VAT charge. If you are in any doubt about this please contact us. If you are using the PC , Laptops , Workstation or Server for personal and not business use then you cannot have the VAT removed and if you are in doubt about this please contact us prior to placing your order.

All Custom Desktop PCs , Laptops , Servers and Workstations are packed in Internationally recognised heavy duty double wallet boxes with additional packing inside to ensure the safe delivery of your custom computer. If you are returning a product to us under the collect and return warranty you must pack your pc in a similar way to which you received the custom computer from us. If you do not pack the custom computer correctly and it is damaged in transit you may be liable to the cost to repair the transit damage. Our Goods in Transit policy does not cover return even if booked by us on behalf of the customer however all returns are covered to a lower limit by the carrier with the insurance usually based on the weight of the returning parcel.

If you are in any doubt about the requirments when it comes to return packing then please contact us as damage in transit caused by inaddequite packing is the reasponsibility of the customer and many of our carriers may refuse to accept a return if they see an issue with the packing. Collection by a shipping company does not dissolve the customer of reasponsiblity regards correctly packing the return however you can ask the driver collecting if they believe the packing is good enough but this does not constitute a guaratee that the carrier is accepting liability.

Delivery of custom desktop pcs , laptops , workstations and servers is completed using ground services which include ferries and truck ( sea and road ) to ensure the safe delivery across Europe. Only laptops under 10KG can ship Airfreight with FEDEX or GLS with this option available based on customer requests.
